The German tuner Abt is the address where you can go with your Volkswagen product for optical and motor tuning. The naturally heavy RS6 Avant is now available in an extra heavy variant. This is the RS6-R!
Anyone who comes to Audi for the current RS6 Avant will get the keys of a true power gun in their hands. The RS6 Avant, like the RS7 Sportback and RS Q8, basically has a whopping 600 hp 4.0 V8. You could already knock on Abt for a variant up to 700 hp and 880 Nm, but that version must also recognize its superior in the latest creation of the German tuner: the RS6-R.
The Abt RS6-R is an RS6 Avant available in an edition of 125 pieces with a version of the 4.0 V8 pumped up to a whopping 740 hp and 920 Nm under the hood, a machine that allows the Audi to reach a speed of 3.2 seconds in 3.2 seconds. 100 km / h sprint. The regular RS6 Avant needs 3.6 counts for the same sprint. Audi is full of the body of the RS6 with details made of extra carbon fiber. For example, in the front bumper we come across an extra strip constructed from that lightweight material that cuts through the air intakes and Abt adjusts the diffuser at the rear. Abt attaches extra carbon details to the front and rear screens and the side skirts are also put on. The two oval chutes of the standard RS6 will be replaced by a total of four smaller, rounder ones. Abt optionally puts the RS6-R on lightweight 22-inch alloy and of course the RS6-R is pressed as close to the asphalt as the customer wishes.
Those who supply an RS6 Avant themselves will spend € 69,900 at Abt for the transformation to the RS6-R level. Those who do not supply an RS6 can count on a German price of € 205,900. The 22-inch alloy has an extra cost of € 3,990 and for additional carbon fiber details in the interior, the tuner costs € 2,580. Earlier this month, Abt added the RS7-R to its delivery range, also a whipped up to 740 hp version.
