NUKI has released version 3.0 of its electronic door lock in a Standard and a Pro version.
Aad Munsterman and Rob Coenraads

The Pro includes integrated Wi-Fi, eliminating the need for an external bridge for communication outside your local environment and over the internet. It is also equipped with a USB-C rechargeable power pack. Improvements are the slightly less noisy turning mechanism and the light that indicates that the battery is due for charging; furthermore, there is now also a white version and the price of the standard version is € 50 lower. Also new is a door sensor that can see whether the door is open, closed or ajar.
The electronic lock works with the NUKI app which is very comprehensive in terms of functions, settings and detailed logs. If you are within Bluetooth range, the door will open automatically. Using the bridge links the whole thing to WiFi and the internet and makes the possibilities much more extensive, such as automatically locking or opening from any location where there is internet. The installation of the white standard NUKI with bridge and door sensor tested by us is controlled from the app, and this can be done in fifteen minutes if read carefully.
The lock works fine and the app shows that a lot of practical experience is woven into the product.
