The warranty of a mobile phone is legally 2 years.
The battery usually has no warranty or max 6 months.
But with most mobile phones, the battery is broken after 1 year.
Isn’t that a falsification of the statutory warranty law? With a radio or something like that you can take standard batteries eg AA with a mobile phone you have to take a battery of this model. Is the battery not part of the mobile phone?

A warranty on a particular electrical or electronic product only covers manufacturing defects, and thus never includes accessories.
Other examples: the fillings of a printer, lamps in a chandelier, tires of a car, etc.
The printer, the chandelier and the car have warranty protection, but the accessories do not.
Don’t get me wrong: your car tires do have a factory warranty (offered by the tire manufacturer), but this does not apply if you drive into a nail, for example.
Understandable on the one hand: manufacturers give you a warranty on their device, not on the parts to be used.
On the other hand: it would be good if there was a warranty on car tires: I will wear them out within one or two years.
By the way, take note of the fact that in Europe a warranty period of 2 years applies by law.
This does NOT apply if it is a custom product, only for mass production.
OK, this applies to a GSM, but suppose I, as a technical contractor, make you a device that transmits data every 10 minutes by means of a built-in GSM device. At that moment my solution is no longer a band product, but an effective customization and my legal warranty period of 2 years on the GSM expires, and I only have to apply 1 year warranty.
There are computer stores that have in their terms and conditions that their warranty is only 6 months. I frown at that.
They reason: it is a custom product because I combine different parts into a computer tailored for that specific customer.
Agreed, but the parts used can come from different manufacturers, who in my opinion should bear the legal guarantee. So you should get 2 years.
By the way, with mobile phones it is always stated that there is only a 3 or 6 month warranty on the battery. In theory you can certainly use other batteries than the ones recommended by the manufacturer. Keep an eye on!! I do not recommend this within the warranty period of your device, in order to avoid the manufacturer blaming these non-original batteries (or printer refills) as the culprit for a possible defect, as a result of which they do not have to fulfill their warranty.
