Ferrari’s production in the Italian Maranello and Modena is back to its old level. This makes the Italian sports brand the first manufacturer to produce cars at full speed again.
Now, of course, that is a bit different than with manufacturers who produced several thousand cars per week before the crisis, but it is great of Ferrari that it will be back to its old production level within a week. The very first car to run off the Special Series production line was a black-and-gray Monza SP2 to be delivered to the United States shortly.
The starting signal was also given on the production lines of the cars with 12 and 8 cylinders. There, an 812 GTS and F8 Trubto first saw the light of day after a production stop of seven weeks: the 812 GTS is “Griglio GTS” gray and F8 Tributo was painted red in the iconic “Rosso Corsa”. The 812 GTS ends up on the German Autobahn, the F8 Tributo is shipped all the way to Australia. Ferrari builds about 9,000 cars every year. Ferrari employs around 4,000 people for this purpose.
