From Rocks-e to Zafira-e Life
Opel is investing heavily in electric cars. From 2024, every new Opel type will be available in an electrified variant. But even now the choice is remarkably wide. From the cool, small Rocks-e to the spacious and spacious Grandland and Zafira-e: almost everyone can plug in at Opel.
It is not for nothing that the Opel Corsa-e and the Mokka-e do it right: they are compact yet mature, competitively priced and with a range of 337 km (according to the WLTP measurement method) put an end to any charging stress. This brings electric driving within reach of many more people. But there is more.
From little one to people-mover
The recently presented Rocks-e is yet another innovative Opel that is fully electric. The little one measures only 2.41 meters but his deeds are worth it. With a driving range of 75 km and a surprising interior space, it is a smart city car that you can park anywhere. You can even get in from the age of sixteen. Large families can also switch to electric driving. With the Combo-e Life and Zafira-e Life, Opel offers two emission-free people movers that can take everything with them.
Astra and Grandland Plug-in Hybrid
The iconic Opel Astra has just been renewed and is now also available as a Plug-in Hybrid. The 115 kW (150 hp) petrol engine works closely with the electric motor (maximum power 105 hp/81 kW) for the lowest consumption in its class. In addition, the Astra can also drive fully electric. The capacity of the battery is good for a range of 60 kilometers, which is sufficient for more than an average of 90 percent of all journeys made by Dutch motorists. The robust and spacious Grandland is also available with this drivetrain and range. Both models are equipped with a comfortable 8-speed automatic transmission.

It’s nice if you can count on a nice range, but what if you have to load? All Opel fully electric models are fast charging capable and have a type 3 plug (or: CCS plug) for direct current (DC) fast charging. Also nice: Opel gives a manufacturer’s warranty of eight years or 160,000 km on the battery and the retention of at least 70 percent of its original capacity.
