Am I growing if I feel pain in my knees?

I’ve been having growing pains in my legs for 4 months now. The most I feel the pain in my knees and at the bottom of my calves. Does this mean I am growing? I am almost 16 years old and 1.70 m tall.

You may indeed be growing. The growth plate is mainly located below the knee.
