As you can see above, we’re hitting the road this week with the Skoda Enyaq RS and the Ford Mustang Mach-E. Not only money is rapidly depreciating, also sporting names and logos on cars have less and less meaning. For example, the holy letters RS now also adorn the thickest electric SUV from Skoda and the name of the Ford Mustang Mach-E is also somewhat dubious. Anyway, we are of course curious how they relate to each other.

As a wonderful antidote to all the electric SUVs in this issue, we have a driving test with the Aston Martin V12 Vantage. Enjoy it one more time, because it’s the last one with a twelve-burner. The V12 Vantage is a true farewell party, with the 700 hp strong V12 biturbo engine and a top speed of 322 km/h. Only 333 copies of this party animal will be built. Time for a closer acquaintance.

Okay, back to the SUVs. The Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV enters a first driving test and the Lexus NX350h is also present. Peace, comfort and convenience, that’s what the Lexus wants to offer. Especially no stress. With a touch of quirkiness, yes. Editor-in-chief Damiaan Hage took a close look at the NX.

BYD Atto 3

In 2010, AutoWeek drove a BYD, a PHEV, for the first time during a visit to China. We had our reservations about that at the time.
