Something for everyone in the compact segment

The cheapest car in the top 10 of the compact segment up to €25,000 is the Toyota Aygo with a starting price of €14,335 (tax value). It concerns business registrations of the past six months. This model has since been replaced by the Aygo X and we will undoubtedly see it again in the next edition of the Top 10. The car with the highest price tag in this category is the Kia Stonic with a starting price of €22,580 (tax value).

How complete do you want to drive?

So you buy the cheapest version of the Aygo, the Fun version, for €14,335. There are nine versions where the most expensive version must fetch €20,550. For this you do have the version with automatic transmission and the most extensive package when it comes to safety. The motorization remains the same in all cases with the 1.0VVT-i block and 72 hp.

At Kia, the cheapest version is €22,580 and the most expensive version is €32,180. A total of eleven versions are possible. You get the choice of the 1.0T-GDI MHEV engine with 100 hp or 120 hp. The Comfortline is the basic version with things like electric windows at the front, airbags, the obligatory ADAS and 8” audio display. The most expensive version is the GT-PlusLine DCT17, which has just about everything on it. A towbar or bicycle carrier are still options.

Could it be something more…

Looking at the other models in the Lease Top 10, you can also work well with the basic versions. If these do not offer sufficient luxury, you can upgrade most versions with, for example, a performance pack with a sporty look, comfort pack with luxury seats, Safety Pack for more safety or a special color. In short, something for everyone.
