Can you give birth in space?

It is theoretically possible. However, it has never been done, so to know for sure you would have to set up an experiment for this, but I don’t think NASA will want to invest much in that.

I can’t think of any reason why you could give birth on Earth and not in space (in a spaceship). It is of course more difficult and perhaps a bit “dirtier” because of the weightlessness, but a birth on earth does not depend on gravity either.
