I heard from someone that eating carrots every day is not healthy. I eat these as a snack in addition to my normal diet. Is eating carrots every day harmful?

Answer
Dear Margot,
This is not harmful provided that you eat other vegetables in addition to those carrots. Not every vegetable contains the same vitamins and minerals. A varied diet is important. Carrots as a snack are good; you can possibly alternate with, for example, an apple.
