Will it work now?

Faraday Future, beset by financial problems and delays, has fired its chief executive. Xuefeng Chen can call himself the new CEO of Faraday Future.
The Board of Directors has voted in favor of the departure of BMW CEO Carsten Breitfeld. His successor is immediately known, that is Xuefeng Chen who is currently at the helm of the Chinese division of Faraday Future. Breitfield is dismissed after what Faraday Future describes as “a comprehensive review of his performance.” Faraday Future was therefore certainly not happy about that.
Xuefeng Chen has worked for numerous car companies over the past 20 years. On his CV we come across names such as Changan Ford, Changan Mazda and Jaguar Land Rover. Among other things, the new CEO would be tried and tested in setting up factories, production lines and supply chains. In addition, the new chief executive of Faraday Future would be lord and master in keeping an eye on the total cost picture. Particularly in that area, Faraday Future has something to gain.
California-based Faraday Future was once seen as one of the promising start-ups, but it’s certainly not prospered in recent years. As early as January 2017, the company presented the FF 91, a large electric car that is not yet being delivered in large numbers. The EV, now called FF 91 Futurist, produces 1,050 hp, has a 130-kWh battery and must be able to reach a speed of 100 km/h in about 2.4 seconds. Its range is over 610 kilometers.
