New color for 2023 CRF300L

It’s not really earth-shattering, but if you’re in the market for a CRF300L and want something different from the standard HRC tricolor racing colors, we have good news for you. The CRF300L is also available in a new color for 2023, Swift Gray.

New color for 2023 CRF300L

Since the first version launched in 2012 as the CRF250L, we have a thing for Big Red’s little Allroad. In terms of performance, not something to flash, but that’s what made it super fun. The lack of power was fully compensated by a ‘lack of weight’, so you could have a lot of fun with it.

In 2020, the engine received a boost in form from a 50cc increase in displacement, while weight was trimmed by a further 4kg. Due to the larger displacement, the name changed to CRF300L, but that was more than logical.

The CRF250/300 was a huge success from the start, which Honda said was due to a number of factors: the highly recognizable sharp CRF styling, the smooth single-cylinder, the six-speed slipper clutch transmission, the responsive and agile frame, the compact dimensions and long suspension travel. We thought it was FUN in big capital letters.

For model year 2023, Honda has now come up with a new second color scheme for the CRF300L: Swift Gray, with black front fork protectors and orange graphics on the tank. This color comes in addition to the standard Extreme Red, with red protectors for the front forks. The new color is only available for the CRF300L, the CRF300L Rally is still only available in Extreme Red.
