You may be referring to the brown skin discoloration that occurs when you remove the husk from walnuts. I’m afraid you can’t get it out with anything but have to wait until that layer of epidermis has flaked off by itself (our epidermis is constantly being replaced).
The discoloration is the result of the large amount of tannic acid, which can be used to tan skin into leather.
