this is a beetle, and certainly not a bed bug or flea. Unfortunately, it is not possible to name the beetle based on this photo. If it stays with this one beetle, it is probably an accidental passer-by who has entered the house through the door or an open window.
If you encounter the beetles very regularly, I suggest that you take a clearer photo, or send a few beetles in a sturdy box, together with your coordinates, to the ILVO (Diagnostic Center for Plants, Burg. Van Gansberghelaan 96, 9820 Merelbeke). Then we can use the stereomicroscope at a higher magnification to see which beetle species it is, and then also provide indications for tracing the source of infection.
