Yoga towel
A towel that hangs from the ceiling is the basis of aerial yoga. With this you do all the exercises and stretches. The cloth gives you security, especially at the beginning. You always have the option of holding onto yourself with your hands. A cloth costs around 100 euros.

The frame of a children’s swing can also be sufficient to attach the cloth. You don’t need to drill any holes here, because you can simply put a sling around the beam. Such tape loops are usually included when you buy the towels or you can buy them at the sports shop.

The best thing to do is to find out more about this and ask for the opinion of the specialist staff at the hardware store.

This is the most flexible way to do cloth yoga. Because you are not tied to one place. You can set it up outside when the weather is nice and inside when it rains. The price for a frame is between 200 and 500 euros and they are usually between 245 and 300 centimeters high.
