Milano

Just wait for two more weeks and then we will see the most important Alfa Romeo in years. The Alfa Romeo Milano carries a heavy load on its relatively small shoulders.
On Wednesday April 10, exactly two weeks in the future, the curtain will rise on the Alfa Romeo Milano. Not only a considerable milestone because this is the first new volume model in more than two years, but especially because it is Alfa’s first electric car for large numbers. The Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale is also available as an EV, but the Italians are of course not making any major steps in terms of electric sales. That must be different with the Milano, which will soon also operate in a very popular segment.
Alfa Romeo is once again putting the Milano in the spotlight, or at least someone forgot to turn on those spotlights. That doesn’t matter, because our illustrator has already been able to create a fairly faithful representation based on leaked images. The Milano is unmistakably an Alfa Romeo and looks a bit like the Tonale at the rear, but certainly at the front it also heralds a new chapter for the brand.

The technology is familiar: the Alfa Romeo Milano shares its basis with the Peugeot e-2008 and Jeep Avenger and, in addition to at least 156 hp electric powertrains, also comes on the market with mild-hybrid petrol power sources. A 240 hp four-wheel drive sporty electric Milano is probably also in the pipeline.
