Alpha Motor Wolf

The American Alpha Motor regularly strikes a chord with its quite retro-designed creations. The Alpha Wolf is also now more retro than ever before.

We have known the American Alpha Motor for over three years now and in that time it has already managed to delight us several times with uniquely designed electric cars. The young company started off with the Alpha Ace, which turned out to be the prelude to various Ace models. The first pickup appeared in March 2021; the Alpha Ace Wolf. There is now a sequel to this, in which the name Ace is removed.

The Alpha Wolf looks a bit less extreme than the Ace Wolf and is even more retro. Not only thanks to the whitewalltires and chrome mirror covers. Especially at the front, the design of the Alpha Motor harks back to cars from the 70s and 80s. At the rear, the Wolf is still a typical 90s pick-up. It also looks nice in the interior old school out, but modern features such as digital clocks and an infotainment screen are neatly integrated. It also looks like an interior that can take a beating. It is also a lot more production-ready and less futuristic than the cockpit of the Alpha Ace Wolf.

Alpha Motor Wolf

The 4.83 meter long and 1.87 m wide Alpha Wolf stands on Alpha’s modular EV base on which it also hopes to realize its other concepts. It is rear-wheel drive, has one electric motor with up to 200 hp and should be available with a 45 to 100 kWh battery. This should provide a range of 400 km to more than 560 km, and charging at a fast charger is possible. According to its creators, the Alpha Wolf weighs a maximum of about 1,800 kilos. In the US, Alpha Motor is targeting a price of €33,000 to €43,000. The Wolf is now being prepared for production.
