Am I subconsciously recording learning material if I play my recorded course during my sleep or is this not really useful?

Answer

Best,

That’s really no use. Processing your course requires levels of consciousness far above what you do in your sleep. Incidentally, if you are busy and intensively working on your course during the day, chances are that you will also be working on it in your sleep. And most importantly: a good night’s sleep is conducive to your learning capacity during the day and to your memory. I suspect that if you were to play a course, you would sleep much less well with all the negative consequences that entails. There are no miracle cures for studying a course. What really works is your commitment, the time and the intensity with which you study.
