The Google Messages app allows you to schedule a message to be sent. As the time for the great annual rocker shift approaches, plan your vows while there is still time.
For almost a year, Google has allowed its users to schedule a message to be sent, without having to go through a third-party application. As the sending of wishes is fast approaching, find out how to proceed to schedule the sending of an SMS or an MMS from your Android smartphone. And of course, best wishes to you!
1. Write your message
Open the Google Messages SMS app on your smartphone and compose a message as you normally would. Once your missive is finished, press and hold the send button.
If you see a window indicating Urgent and Subject (left image), you still have the old sending interface dedicated to MMS. You will therefore have to wait a few more days, or even a few weeks, before you can schedule the sending of SMS.

On the other hand, if the schedule sending function is activated, you should see a Schedule sending pop-up (right image).
2. Schedule your shipment
When the sending schedule window appears, you can choose one of the predefined suggestions, or Select a custom date and time.

Once each of these parameters has been entered, press Next and confirm the programming of your shipment by pressing Save. For your shipment to face correctly, your smartphone will of course have to be on, but above all that it must be connected to Wi-Fi or to the mobile data network.
