After an annoying heat problem, there now seems to be even more going on with the new iPhones. For example, a number of iPhone 15 owners are complaining about dust under the camera lens.
iPhone 15 problem: Dust on the camera
While the heat problem of the iPhone 15 Pro (Max) is just being addressed, a new issue has arisen. According to some iPhone 15 owners, there is dust under the lens. They found out when they tried to clean the lens with a cloth and the dust particles wouldn’t go away.
Victims returned to the Apple Store and the other iPhone 15 Pro Max models present were also viewed there. Dust was found under the lens of all iPhone 15 Pro Max models present (there were 3).
Twitter user @MajinBuOfficial also recently responded to the dust problems with the iPhone 15. He says that during a teardown of an iPhone 15, dust was found on the lens and on the motherboard.
iPhone owners who returned to the Apple Store with these problems could have their iPhone replaced or get a refund. Apple has not yet responded to these messages.
