With many video games full of accurately simulated racing cars within reach, saving for a real dream car is almost no longer necessary. Aston Martin wants to increase the experience even further and comes with its own racing simulator. Feast!
Together with Curv Racing Simulations, Aston Martin comes with the AMR-CO1. This is the first time that the British car brand has come up with a racing simulator for home. It has immediately handled it well, because this is one for the real enthusiasts. Aston Martin’s design team in Gaydon designed the AMR-C01 themselves, after which the British technology company, led by Aston Martin’s factory driver Darren Turner, put the toy together.
The front of the case is made of carbon fiber and is shaped like the signature Aston Martin Racing grille. In addition to a real racing seat from the British manufacturer and the special shape data racing wheel, the simulator will have a wide curved screen for ‘the ultimate experience’. Turner: “We based the driving position on the Aston Martin Valkyrie so that AMR-C01 users can get the full hypercar experience.”
All online gamers who are completely made to feel good at the sight of the AMR-C01, should stop reading or grab a chair. In Great Britain, the racing simulator costs a hefty £ 57,500 (excl. Taxes). A total of 150 copies are on the production schedule.
