More muscle power thanks to Abt
We consider the chance that you are short of power in an Audi RS6 Avant to be unlikely. Yet 600 hp is apparently not enough for the Caterpillars Never Enough. They can now turn to the German tuner Abt for the no less than 760 hp strong RS6 Legacy Edition.
If you are no longer enthusiastic about the 600 hp and 800 Nm that the 4.0 V8 produces in the Audi RS6 Avant, you can order the 630 hp and 850 Nm RS6 Avant Performance. That this is not enough for everyone is evident from the fact that the German tuner Abt offers various power upgrades for the model. In 2021, Abt introduced the RS6-R 125 Jahre Johann Abt Signature Edition, an 800 hp and 1,000 Nm strong party edition that was only available in black and of which only 64 copies would be built. That 800 hp homage to Abt founder Johann Abt is sold out, so the RS6 fanatics who want more than 630 hp have until now had to rely on the maximum 740 hp RS6-R from the German tuner. Now Abt presents the RS6 Legacy Edition. It offers more than 740 hp and is not only available in a larger edition than 64 pieces, but also in more than just a black color scheme.

The Abt RS6 Legacy Edition will be available in a limited edition of 200 pieces and, thanks to the arrival of a fierce new turbo and modified intercooler, is up to 760 hp and 980 Nm strong. Until? Certainly. You get that power when you bring your 630 hp Audi RS6 Avant Performance to the tuner. Do you have a non-Performance RS6 ready for an Abt cure? Then you also get 760 hp, but with 920 Nm slightly less torque.

Of course, Abt’s RS6 Legacy Edition is packed with carbon fiber extras. The RS6 gets extra lips, wings, attached side skirts, inserts in the front screens and around the rear window and of course 22-inch light metal all around. A special stainless steel exhaust system hangs under the car, Abt adjusts the chassis and stabilizer bars, among other things, and folds a number of square meters of suede-like material in the interior. An extensive series of special badges, just like embroidery in the seats and a set of door sills, of course, cannot be missed. The obligatory special floor mats are also included.
Abt is asking €102,600 excluding taxes to convert an Audi RS6 Avant into a Legacy Edition.
