Also the nutrition affects our concentration and energy for the day. With just a small change in your eating habits, you can make a difference. By avoiding too much fat, carbohydrates and sugar, you can support your body in the morning.

Likewise, some foods are especially good as stimulants when your concentration drops. In the future you will no longer need to use caffeinated drinks such as cola or even energy drinks!

Avoid high-sugar, caffeinated drinks in the morning or afternoon. Although they make you feel more alert immediately, their effect quickly wears off and, in case of doubt, you are more tired than before. Better to treat yourself to a cup of hot tea. Green tea is particularly suitable as a stimulant: it is well tolerated and the bitter substances contained in tea stimulate the metabolism.

The awakening effect of the tea does not unfold immediately – it can take an hour or two before you feel an effect. So it’s best to drink a cup in the morning and another before midday so that the tea can work until then.
