BMW’s M’s Performance department has been busy with the updated 5-series and, as usual, comes with a package full of accessories for the 5-series.
As often with new models, BMW puts its sporty branch to work to provide the newcomers with a zipper of M adjustments. This summer BMW launches the M Performance Parts for the recently renewed 5-series. The common thread in the package full of sporty adjustments is the use of carbon. For example, the kidney grille surrounds, an extra-large front lip, side skirts and a rear spoiler in the lightweight material are available. Inside, BMW is also loosening up with other materials and it comes with special parts such as lightweight pedals and two different sports steering wheels are ready: the M Performance steering wheel and the M Performance Pro steering wheel. In the Pro version, in addition to Alcantara, carbon is also used, with ditto shift paddles.
In addition to unique 20-inch wheels for the different (M) 5s, there is also something to do about the roar of the new 5-series. A special M Performance sports exhaust ensures that the outside world can also enjoy the enhanced 5-series. In addition, the sporty person can also be brought to a standstill faster with an optional M-brake system.
