Cupra Born

With the Born, Cupra has presented its first fully electrically powered car to the world. A sporty design, powerful electric motors and maximum driving pleasure. The Cupra Born will make its appearance in the Netherlands this year, and can be reserved from June.

The Born is the first 100% electrically powered model of the sporty brand. The Born is available with a choice of two powerful electric motors. The basic version has an output of 110 kW / 150 hp and there is a version with 150 kW / 204 hp.

In combination with the 77 kWh battery pack, the sprint from 0-100 km / h then takes only 7.0 seconds and the maximum range is 540 kilometers. With the 58 kWh battery pack even a 0-100 time of 6.6 seconds is achievable. The range is 420 km.

Like every Cupra, the Born is a real eye-catcher. The front owes its ‘shark nose look’ to the strongly rising bonnet and sharply-lined, flat full LED light units. Copper-colored accents, such as the frame of the central air intake, the finish of the wheels and the logos, are also typical Cupra. The full LED rear light units – which are interconnected by a LED strip across the full width of the rear – are also eye-catchers.

The Cupra Born can be reserved from June. More specifications and prices will be announced in the run-up to the market launch.
