In Arnhem yesterday someone illegally tried to pass his theory exam at the CBR. An examiner noticed and called the police. The fraudster tried to pass his or her theory exam with a camera vest and a live video connection, with a second person watching and passing on the correct answers from elsewhere.
Passing your theory exam at the CBR is a stressful affair for some and simply quite difficult for others. In Arnhem, someone thought they could adjust a sleeve by fitting a vest with a camera, from which a second person viewed the images live. He tried – presumably via an earpiece – to pass on the correct answers, so that the exam candidate could pass without learning beforehand.
That failed, because an observant examiner noticed. The Arnhem police then took action, who took the exam participant away and then devoted a message on Instagram to it. The police did not mention a possible punishment, but that the fraudster could answer for himself.
