Internet program Chrome keeps track of exactly which files you download. Sometimes it is useful to delete this list. For example, if you use the PC with several people.
Delete downloads
You can delete downloads from the download history. This will not delete the downloaded files. It just cleans up the list of downloads. It works like this:
- Launch Chrome.
- Press the key combination Ctrl + J or click the icon of the three dots in the top right > Downloads.
- The all downloads page opens in a new tab. Click the three dots icon in the top right > Clear all.
- Close the tab by clicking the cross to the right of the tab title.
