Comment on driving behavior biggest frustration in the car

Dutch motorists are massively annoyed by tailgaters and fellow road users who do not indicate a direction. But we are also annoyed by things that take place in the car. What seems? Getting comments on driving behavior is the biggest frustration in the car.

Research by Allianz Direct showed this year that tailgating causes the greatest irritation in traffic. We are also annoyed by fellow road users who do not indicate a direction or who are busy with their smartphone while driving. New research shows that not only fellow road users, but things in the car also cause the necessary frustrations. A study commissioned by Time2play, a website about online gambling that more often seeks out the media with non-gambling-related studies, shows that we are particularly annoyed in the car when we receive comments about driving behaviour.

61 percent of the 700 motorists surveyed say that commenting on driving style is the biggest source of frustration in the car. Discussing the route is the second biggest annoyance, followed by restless children in the backseat, getting comments on the condition of the car and agreeing on the music. Also interesting: 63 percent of those surveyed indicate that they sometimes get annoyed by their partner’s driving style, although it is not in the top five of the biggest irritation points in the car.

What are the factors in the car that bother you the most behind the wheel? Is it perhaps rattles or resonances, or just comments about it? Let us know in the comments!
