5G has been available in the Netherlands for a while, but the speeds were still comparable to 4G. Recently, that has finally changed and you can now really enjoy lightning-fast internet with 5G. We list the cheapest SIM-only deals with 5G speeds for you.

These are the benefits of 5G

Compare the best SIM-only subscriptions with 5G

5G has been supported since the iPhone 12, but it has only been faster than 4G since this year. If you are connected to 5G, you can assume that the mobile internet is more stable. Even if you are in a busy place, such as a festival, you often have good internet.

Another advantage is that the response time is lower. This means that you will receive an even faster answer to your questions, for example via a search engine. However, this difference is so small that you probably won’t notice it. It is mainly interesting for larger companies and emergency services, who can respond to a report faster.

Not every provider gives you access to 5G. It is currently available at KPN, Odido and Vodafone, but smaller price fighters are also slowly joining in. In the meantime, Ben, Simpel, Youfone, Budget Mobiel and Lebara also have 5G as standard for their customers. We list the cheapest options and subscriptions with unlimited internet for you.
