Dacia continues to deliver ‘deleted’ engine versions of Duster

Good news for people who drive a lot off-road or who prefer to refuel with LPG: Dacia will not delete the four-wheel drive TCe 130 and TCe 100 Bi-Fuel from the Duster’s price list. The brand will continue to supply these engine variants, but they have not yet been included in the new price list.

Last week, Dacia announced the adjusted price list of the Duster. Overall, the down-to-earth SUV has become € 410 more expensive, thanks to the changes necessary to make it meet the Euro 6D Full emissions standard. Then it became apparent that two variants had disappeared: the TCe 100 Bi-Fuel and the TCe 130 4×4. Dacia now confirms to Techzle that those engines will return. They are not yet included in the new price list, but it is obvious that these two variants will also be at least € 410 more expensive than before. The TCe 100 Bi-Fuel was in the price list for € 17,290, while the TCe 130 4×4 had to fetch at least € 26,180.

Dacia will later announce the prices of these two variants. For now, the 1.0 TCe 90 Essential is the cheapest way to get into a Duster. Starting at $ 18,590, this variant hits the pavement, which essentially has a scaled-back TCe 100 under the hood. The provisional top model is the 1.3 TCe 150 with 150 hp in the Prestige version, which costs € 24,190. Since the TCe 130 4×4 was already more expensive with the old price, it is expected to be the most expensive variant of the Duster.
