Ducati Barcelona is the new point of reference for Ducatists in the Catalan region, with an impressive 300m2 of floor space dedicated exclusively to the Italian based in Borgo Panigale.

The historical link between Ducati and Barcelona goes back more than 60 years. Between the 1960s and the late 1970s, the Catalan city was the only place outside Italy where Ducati motorcycles were produced under license. In addition, Ducati’s historic victories in the 24 Hours of Montjuïc represent a record to be jealous of: 12 of the 36 editions have been won by Ducati motorcycles.

The new flagship store, located on calle Mallorca n.499, should express in every detail all the values of Italian excellence and Ducati DNA. The various areas within the store house all models of the Ducati and Scrambler Ducati family, including the DesertX, plus a boutique dedicated to Ducati accessories and clothing. A seat has also been reserved for the assistance service center.

The opening of the Ducati Barcelona flagship store was attended by Ducati MotoGP rider Jorge Martin, actor and Ducatist Maxi Iglesias and Francesco Milicia, VP Global Sales & After Sales Ducati.

“I am delighted to be present at the opening of this wonderful Ducati showroom in such an important city. I would like to thank Floreal Perez, the owner of Ducati Barcelona, for his passion and dedication to Ducati.”

“Barcelona is not only the most important area of the motorcycle market in Spain, but also an area with a special link to the motorcycle world and to Ducati, which is an integral part of the history of the 24 Hours of Montjuïc.”

“That is why we have done everything we can to give Barcelona a representation comparable to these two world icons: Barcelona and Ducati. A commitment that will certainly continue in the future. We are pleased to see the results of this strategy now already be felt in the market with a 20% sales growth in Q1 2022, despite the supply difficulties the industry is experiencing.”
