More electrical charge?
Mercedes-Benz will soon be carrying out a facelift on one of its largest electric cars. We are not talking about the brand new EQS or EQS SUV, but about the Mercedes-Benz EQV. These photos show the redesigned electric space giant for the first time.
It is now about three years ago that Mercedes-Benz pulled the curtain on the EQV, the fully electric EQ version of the V-class. The V-class, in turn, is the passenger car version of the Vito, of which there is also an electric variant in the form of the e-Vito. A wrapped Mercedes-Benz EQV has been photographed in sun-drenched Spain, indicating that the electric ballroom is soon to be refreshed.
By the way, don’t assume that your heart will skip a beat when you see the renewed EQV for the first time. Mercedes-Benz is apparently only making changes to the headlights, taillights, bumpers and grille.
Mercedes Benz EQV (2019-2022)
Currently, Mercedes-Benz only supplies the EQV in the Netherlands with a 204 hp electric motor that draws its energy from a 90 kWh battery. You can choose from two lengths: L2 and L3. Both flavors come to about 355 kilometers on a full battery. So there may still be some room for technical improvement.
