Electric Mini Countryman: from just under 44 grand

Mini is gradually announcing the prices of its new models. The prices of the fully electric variants of the new Mini Countryman are now known. It starts at just under €44,000 and that means you are eligible for a SEPP purchase subsidy.

The Dutch market introduction of the new Mini Cooper and Countryman involves many facets. For example, shortly after the presentation of the two newcomers, the prices of the electric Cooper and those of the Countryman with petrol engines were released. The Mini Countryman will also be available with electric powertrains. We can now tell you what the prices of the electric Mini Countryman E and SE are. At the same time, Mini is adding a third engine variant to the Countryman price list: the S.

The electric Mini Countryman is available from €43,490. That amount is for the 191 hp variant with a 64.7 kWh battery. This version notes a – currently estimated – range of about 450 kilometers behind its name. This is the only variant of the electric Mini Countryman with a tax value of less than 45 grand. This means that you are eligible for SEPP subsidy. For more power and more grip, Mini has the Countryman SE All4 on offer. This is the first fully electric Mini with four-wheel drive. It has two electric motors that combine 313 hp and has the same battery as the Countryman E. It is available from €49,490.

But there’s more Countryman news. The Mini Countryman will receive a third petrol version. It was already available as a 170 hp Countryman C and as a sporty Countryman JCW with a 300 hp power plant. Mini now parks the Countryman S All4 between them. This is a four-wheel drive mild-hybrid (48V) version with a 218 hp and 360 Nm four-cylinder petrol engine. You pay €53,990 for that.
