In America a brand new car brand has seen the light of day. HAAH Automotive Holdings has announced the Vantas brand. The information is still a bit scarce, but a photo suggests the arrival of a renamed Chinese product.
We can know HAAH as a cooperation partner of Chery Automobile, one of the largest manufacturers in China. The cars of the new American brand Vantas use the same Chery platform. The first Vantas is built on the basis of the Chery Exeed, a premium SUV that can now only be found in Asian markets. One photo of a Chinese Exeed is sent with the press release. So it could well be that Vantas builds on this design. However, Vantas has been developed by and for the American market and production is also taking place in America, so we don’t dare say it with certainty.
In addition to a photo of the white Chinese SUV, the car is not disclosed anymore, but Vantas says it is far with the development of its first car. The brand will soon announce more about when it will appear on the American and Canadian markets. However, the latest self-learning techniques with 360-degree cameras are announced, something that – you guessed it – more will be announced later.
