The Nissan X-Trail is awaiting a facelift. What, already? Yes, less than a year after the Dutch introduction, we already saw the SUV called Rogue driving around in the US with camouflage stickers. Now the updated Rogue shows up again.

It was only a little over a year ago that we were introduced to the current Nissan X-Trail in Europe. Less than a year ago, the first copies were registered here. Yet a facelift is already underway. The model is already somewhat older than the European version; In the United States he already appeared in 2020 as Rogue. A facelifted version is now appearing there for the second time.

The facelifted Nissan Rogue can be admired more clearly than last spring. Especially on the nose, the camouflage is applied less exuberantly than before. It is now clear that the innovation is quite modest. As we expected, the grille extends less deeply downwards. The front bumper has also been arranged differently, the lower grille is now slightly narrower and higher. We can also logically expect a different bumper at the rear, because it is still well packaged. Unfortunately, what exactly will change there is still a matter of speculation.

There is a good chance that the facelifted Nissan Rogue will be shown to the world early next year. Then it will probably take a while before the X-Trail also goes under the knife. Nissan hopes that the innovations will be appreciated here in the Netherlands, because the X-Trail could use a bit of a boost in terms of sales despite its relatively young age. To date, 271 have been sold this year.
