It was a busy affair at Ferrari last year, because with the introduction of no less than five new models, the Italians were not standing still. Whether there is any news about it? Yes, because two new Ferrari’s are on the menu for this year.
At least that is what the British Autocar states. It is said that Ferrari has two firsts ready for later in 2020, but spoke to Ferrari’s Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer Enrico Galliera before the corona virus outbreak. Due to this crisis, production in Italy has come to a standstill for a while, but this may not have any effect on the announced firsts.
Strikingly enough, one of these firsts would not be the long-awaited Ferrari SUV. That as yet unnamed SUV is expected for a while and belongs to the list of 15 cars that Ferrari wanted to come before 2023, but for now everyone has to be patient. According to Autocar, that disclosure has been postponed to 2022.
Not much is known about the firsts that will come this year. Galliera said, “We continue to look into new, untapped markets. After the five new products from last year, we are still looking for opportunities to grow as a company.” The three biggest firsts last year were the F8 Tributo, SF90 Stradale and Roma.
