After four years, Volkswagen puts the T-Roc on the cutting table. No one is disappointed by the result. Fortunately, the crossover remains nice and stubborn. Erratum: at the end Frank says that the 2.0 TSI has 109 hp. That must of course be 190 hp.
The stubborn character of the T-Roc is mainly due to two variants of the model that Volkswagen supplies. There is not only a crazy 300 hp strong T-Roc R, but also a cheerful T-Roc Cabriolet. Good news, those two hedonists will remain available. From the outside you can recognize the revised T-Roc by its new muzzle. The headlights have been sharpened and are now fitted with LED technology as standard. The bumpers have also been modified. The characteristic round LED daytime running lights in the bumper have disappeared. The grille now has a horizontal, illuminated louver. IQ Light LED matrix headlamps are available at an additional cost.
The rear lights have been given a different layout and the interior has also been adjusted. The biggest novelties here are the 9.2-inch infotainment screen, which is available at an additional cost. This is no longer integrated in the center console. Climate control is now via touch controls and Digital Cockpit is standard. In addition to the R version, the more modest variants with engines of 110 hp, 150 hp and 190 hp also return. Furthermore, Travel Assist is introduced, with which the T-Roc is able to choose its way up to 210 km/h semi-autonomously. Prices will follow soon.
