Keep fresh

The first prices of the recently refreshed Volkswagen ID3 have been announced. The prices of the renewed Volkswagen ID3 start at just under €45,000 for the time being.
The Volkswagen ID3 received a facelift earlier this year, although there was more a series of improvements than major external changes. Among other things, the interior must make a higher-quality impression thanks to other materials and some minor external changes, and the central touchscreen grew by 2 inches to 12 inches. The infotainment system has also been updated and there is a better standard route planner. A slightly modified front bumper, a higher flap on the nose without a black bar just in front of the windshield and more extensive lighting on the tailgate are the most important external changes. The most important news: the Volkswagen ID3 retains the well-known batteries and powertrains, but comes as a Pro S with a 77 kWh battery for 559 km (WLTP). That is further than before.
All well and good, but of course it doesn’t come for free. The always 204 hp and 310 Nm strong Volkswagen ID3 is now available from €44,990. That is the price that Volkswagen places on the ID3 Pro Business aimed at the business market. The cheaper and simply called ID3 Pro version will appear later, so the starting price will drop a bit. As before, the ID3 Pro has the 58 kWh battery pack and that is now good for 429 km of range (WLTP). Do you want more reach? Then you have to rely on the Volkswagen ID3 Pro S with the 77 kWh battery pack, which costs at least €47,990. At the top of the food chain is the Volkswagen ID3 Pro S Business, which costs €49,990. The Business version includes things like the Discover Pro navigation system, LED matrix headlights, adaptive cruise control, reversing camera, 18-inch alloy wheels and keyless entry.

Anyone who does not want to wait for delivery of the ID3 and wants to drive the ID3 immediately (whether or not with a SEPP subsidy) can also contact Volkswagen. The Dutch importer says that the outgoing ID3 is still in stock and offers it as Pro Advantage and Pro Edition Advantage, both with the old 58 kWh battery pack, which makes 426 km of range (WLTP) possible. The Volkswagen ID3 Pro Advantage is available from €38,990 and includes things like adaptive cruise control, navigation, smartphone integration with app-connect and parking sensors on board.
