A number of currently free functions of the traffic app Flitsmeister can only be used with the paid version from next week.
Flitsmeister users will soon have to pay for functions that were previously free. This includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with which Flitsmeister can also be used via the screen in the dashboard of a car. Displaying the average speed at section checks will also soon be part of the paid version.
Flitsmeister reports on the website that a small team of thirty people has implemented many updates in recent years. The company says it wants to invest even more in the app, hardware and other functions and that a number of functions will therefore become part of the Flitsmeister Pro subscription, which will soon cost €3 per month.
There will also be a Pro Plus subscription, which will cost €7 per month. “By focusing on our subscriptions, we ensure that we can continue to serve the Flitsmeister community in the way you have come to expect from us for the next fifteen years,” says Flitsmeister.
