In Assassin’s Creed Rebellion, all your favorite characters from the Assassin’s Creed series come together in one game. This is why you too must form your own brotherhood.
Assassin’s Creed Rebellion latest in series
The game series Assassin’s Creed has been very popular for years. Many gamers have already done dozens of ‘eagle drops’ on the PC or console to escape or tackle enemies. It is therefore not surprising that the first major mobile game from developer Ubisoft is a new variant in the Assassin’s Creed series.
Rebellion is made especially and exclusively for mobile gamers. And although the game is slightly different, it is a feast of recognition. All characters from the different games can be found in Rebellion, including Ezio, Aguilar and Machiavelli. Together with about 20 new characters you can choose from more than 45 characters to form your own brotherhood.
Assassin’s Creed is known for always taking place in a different period in history. Rebellion takes place at the time of the Spanish Inquisition, a time when the Orthodox Catholic Church was maintained with a heavy hand.
With a growing number of brothers you fight your way past the enemy to stop them and collect materials. You play each mission with three characters. Each character has its own specialty. One is better in direct combat, while the other is better at sneaking or dismantling locks and traps.
By always putting together your own team, you always have the right balance and the necessary strengths. Throughout the game you unlock more and more characters and your brotherhood grows. The goal is to build a foundation for them. In the home base you can train everyone, collect information for missions and make weapons and protections.
Make it as extensive as you want
The strategic rpg can be made as extensive as you want. Because of the different characters in each mission, you have the choice per mission part whether you quickly sneak past your enemies or face off everywhere in combat. This does mean that you have to tap the screen quite a bit.
If you think that is too much work, you can also speed up the missions or even play in an automatic mode. This automatically sends the most suitable killer into a room and you only play the battles yourself. Because you confront Templars more often in this mode, you have a better chance of losing brothers during a mission.
Train your brotherhood
For lovers of the story and the tactical parts of the game, there is also the rush mode. You can unlock this per ‘mission region’, and ensures that a mission is fast-forwarded. You can easily skip simple missions, so that you have enough resources to help you assassins to train.
The game has expanded enormously, and that only grows when you collect more and more characters. It is a pity that you are regularly asked to make in-app purchases, and without these purchases it takes a lot longer before you make great progress. But if you don’t, you will have a game that will keep you entertained for the time being.
