VZR lease top 10

German cars most popular in the E/F segment

No less than four German brands with seven different models are in this lease top 10. The BMW i4 (place 1) in particular is doing well with no fewer than 1,507 units sold in the past six months. Nearly two-thirds are electric. This was different six months ago, when there were only four electric models. Chip shortages were the inhibiting factor during that period.

How is the situation now?

It can generally be said that the most current delivery times can be requested from the dealers of the various brands. Delivery times often appear to depend on the version and options on the model. Brands such as Mercedes-Benz, which is in 10th place with the EQB, Volvo, which is in 7th place with the XC60, and Polestar, which is indeed in 2nd place with the 2, keep their website as advice. When compiling the desired model, you can immediately see the estimated delivery time.

Positive

It is possible that one model is available quickly and that you have to wait considerably longer for another model. Nevertheless, some brands, including Volkswagen, which takes sixth place with the ID5, are positive about delivery times. Wolfsburg sees things moving in the right direction.
