The Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro have been available in stores since Thursday and the international press is full of praise for the phones. The demand for both smartphones is therefore high. They sell like hot cakes and as soon as there is a little stock again, you have to be quick. The Google Store in the United States is now showing a note about availability.
Availability Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro
The Google Pixel 6 is quite available. If you consult the different stores in this article, you will see that the phone for 649 euros is available in almost all stores in all available colors. The Pixel 6 Pro is a different story. This phone has a 48 MP telephoto camera with 4x optical zoom for the Pixel series. Google has equipped this camera and the other cameras with eight major improvements.
These features, but also the other specifications such as the self-designed Tensor chipset and of course the brand new Android 12 with the new Material You are features that apparently make the phone very popular. The Pro variant is poorly available and Google has posted a comment in its store about availability, which corresponds to the statement from Google Netherlands.
Due to high demand, some Pixel 6 Pro models may be out of stock or have long delivery times. Get notified when they’re back in stock, or check out other authorized retailers that may have them available.
Google Pixel 6 in the Netherlands
The phones have not been officially released in the Netherlands and Belgium, just like the previous Nexus and Pixel phones. Google Netherlands gave Androidworld this explanation. So we have to move to the gray channel, to purchase the Pixel 6 there at an additional cost. In the Netherlands it is retailer Belsimpel that offers the Pixel 6, but this store informed us that they have no stock yet.
