I am looking for a test to determine the alcohol percentage of beer, preferably on the basis of a distillation. How does that work?

This question has been asked before, you can follow the link.
You will not get there with a distillation alone, because you can not only distill ethanol, water always comes over with it. After the distillation you have to determine the alcohol content. But then there are no other substances in it that can interfere, which is with beer.
Success with it!
Kind regards
