In the morning I once saw a rainbow where only pink could be seen. the arc was complete, and it could be seen very clearly. The pink was the same color as the color you sometimes see in the sky at sunset

Of course it’s hard for me to say for sure what you saw, but presumably that was a phenomenon called “light pollution”. The orange-yellow light used for our street lighting is partly scattered by the atmosphere. That gives a glow that is somewhat reminiscent of a rising sun.
