Access a hidden game similar to Pong by doing a little manipulation in Mozilla’s web browser.
Do all web browsers have an “ester egg” in their code? The best known, that of Google Chrome, offers an endless race with a dinosaur (by typing chrome: // dino in the address bar). More recently, Microsoft Edge unveiled a hidden surf game, also accessible very simply by entering edge: // surf in the address bar.
Firefox’s web browser isn’t the rule either, and includes a hidden game, a kind of Pong where the ball is embodied by a unicorn. Few users know it, but its presence in the browser is not really recent since the first traces of the game would have been seen from version 57 of the browser. Unlike Chrome and Edge, its activation is not so easy and requires a little manipulation in the settings.

1. Access the personalization panel
Launch Firefox, click on the main menu and go to the Customize menu.

2. Move the tools to the toolbar
In the browser’s personalization panel, hold down on each of the tools and drag them all to the toolbar except for the Flexible Space tool.

At the bottom of the browser window, you should see an icon of a unicorn. Click on it to activate the game.

3. Play “Unicorn Pong”
In this hidden game quite similar to Pong, the ball is embodied by a little unicorn. Use the directional keys on your keyboard to move around (you are the top player) and face the artificial intelligence of the browser.
