
Easily fill out and sign PDF forms received by email directly from your smartphone.
Completing a document in PDF format and signing it does not necessarily require the use of a computer or its printing. It is quite possible to do this from a smartphone, using a dedicated application.
This is what Adobe Fill & Sign offers, a free application that will even save you time by registering your details in advance for automatic filling of certain information.
1. Download Adobe Fill & Sign
Start by downloading the Adobe Fill & Sign application on your smartphone. Offered for free and available on both iOS and Android, this application allows you to record a certain amount of common information to facilitate the filling of certain fields of a form and offers a tool to apply a handwritten signature to your documents.

2. Edit your profile
Open the application on your smartphone and go to the page allowing you to personalize your profile information by pressing the appropriate button: last name, first name, address, phone number, fill in your personal information so that the application can use. It will thus automatically complete certain form fields.

Note that it is possible to Add a custom field, in the event that you frequently need to fill in a specific field not provided for natively by the application. Tap Close to save your information.
3. Fill out a form
From the application’s home page, press Select a form to fill out then choose the source of the document. To manipulate the form, zoom in and move around in it, always use two fingers.

Then tap a field to fill out with your finger. You can either enter the information manually, or press the icon on a profile to access the saved information. Then all you have to do is select a piece of information to automatically add it to the answer field.
Then keep your finger pressed on the text you just added to bring up a magnifying glass to move and reposition it.

4. Sign the document
Adobe Fill & Sign allows you to put a handwritten signature on the documents you fill out. Tap the Signature icon at the bottom of the screen to Create a new signature.

The Adobe Fill & Sign window should change to landscape format. Using your finger, draw your signature, making sure to use the baseline correctly, and press Finish.

Move the signature in the box provided for this purpose, and, if necessary, adjust its size using the icon showing a two-way arrow.

When your document is complete, tap Done to save it to the app or tap the share button to email it back.
