Get a refund from Apple after accidentally validating a purchase or subscription from the App Store.
Unintentionally validating an App Store purchase or an in-app purchase can happen faster than you might imagine. On iPhones equipped with Face ID, the validation of a purchase requires prior user action. The latter must press the side button twice.
On the other hand, for iPhone users equipped with the only Touch ID sensor, a simple touch of the fingerprint sensor may be enough to validate the payment of a purchase or a subscription, on the App Store. , or within an application. Fortunately, in the event of an accidental purchase, Apple offers the possibility of being reimbursed by following a few very simple steps.
1. Access your purchase history
Open a web browser (Safari on your iPhone or iPad) and go to the page reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase you want a refund to access your history. Apple offers the option to request a refund within 90 days of purchasing an app or in-app purchase.

2. Report a problem
Find the purchase you want a refund for and tap Report. In the drop-down menu Select a problem, choose one of the options offered by Apple, and complete your declaration by describing your problem in the field provided. Then press Send.
Depending on your explanations, Apple may proceed directly to a refund of the purchase, refer you to the developer of the application, request additional information, or simply refuse your request for a refund.
