Stream all the games installed on your Xbox console from your Windows 10 PC.
Thanks to the Xbox Console Companion app on Windows 10, gamers playing on the Microsoft console can play titles installed on their Xbox One directly from their PC. The application indeed integrates a feature allowing to deport the display of the console on the screen of a computer under Windows 10.
In other words, you can play the games installed on your console, streaming to your PC. Main advantage, when the living room TV is monopolized for something else, you can always continue your game from another room on the screen of a desktop or laptop computer.
To take advantage of it, however, your machine must have at least 2 GB of RAM and be equipped with a processor of 1.5 GHz or higher. In addition, depending on the characteristics of your home network, the performance will be more or less good. For optimal performance, prefer a wired Ethernet connection.
If you must go through a wireless connection, opt for a 5 GHz 802.11N or 802.11 AC connection to hope for sufficient picture quality. The console and the computer should also both be connected to the same local network. For the rest, setting up the system is trivial.
1. Activate the broadcast on the console
Usually, the streaming function is enabled by default. You can, however, check this very easily by turning on your console and going to system settings.
Then access the Device and connection menu, and enter the Remote functionality section.

Make sure the Enable remote features option is checked, and enter the Preferences menu of the Xbox app.

Then choose to Allow connections from any device for the Xbox app, Allow streaming play, and Allow games to be streamed to other devices.

Take the opportunity to go to the General section of the Settings to make sure that the Instant start power mode is selected.
