Easily and quickly delete downloaded music that you no longer listen to to free up space on your iPhone.
If overall iOS is a rather intuitive and efficient system, some functions or manipulations, however simple in principle, have absolutely nothing logical.
For example, delete songs transferred from iTunes and stored locally in the Music application. It is possible to get rid of the songs that have been bored, but it will be necessary to proceed either piece by piece, or album by album. Apple does not offer the option of removing an artist’s entire discography. In any case, not from the music player.
However, there is a solution to quickly delete music on iPhone.
1. Open Settings
To easily delete all the discography of an artist that you don’t listen to much, or that you don’t listen to anymore, open iPhone Settings and enter the General menu. Then access iPhone Storage, and go to the menu dedicated to music.

2. Remove artists
Scroll through the options to view the list of artists in your music library. Then press the Edit button. You can now easily and quickly delete the music by Artists by acting directly on the button provided for this purpose. Finally press OK to validate.
