If your Google account is still present on smartphones or tablets that you no longer use, here is the procedure to disconnect them.
Google keeps everything, including the accounts on your old mobile devices. This can be a problem if you have lost or sold your smartphone or tablet in the meantime. We therefore advise you to go to your account to see which devices are still registered. For that :
- Launch your browser and sign in to your Gmail account. Click on your account icon then on Google Account.
- In the section Connection and security, click on Device activity and security events.
- Then click on Examine devices.
- Google then displays a list of all the devices that have logged into your account, in particular smartphones and tablets.
- If you find devices that you no longer use, click on their name, then on the button To delete to disconnect them from your Google account.
